How to reach the venue

If you arrive at Heathrow, the fastest way to reach the Queen Mary University is:

Heathrow to Whitechapel:

  • Take the Elizabeth Line (purple line) from Heathrow Airport heading towards Shenfield.
  • Stay on the train for about 50 minutes (the journey is direct).
  • Get off at Whitechapel Station.


Whitechapel to Mile End:

  • From Whitechapel, you’ll change to the District Line (green line) at Whitechapel Station.
  • Take the District Line towards Upminster for just one stop and get off at Mile End Station.
  • From there, it’s a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) to the Queen Mary University campus.

HANDS-ON COURSE

The goals of the hand-on session is to offer the opportunity for directly observing, performing and analyzing high-resolution esophageal manometries, impedance-pH recordings and high-resolution anorectal manometries. Participants will have the chance to see/perform the procedures under direct supervision of dedicated international and Romanian motility experts, discuss real-time tips and pitfalls of data acquisition and interpretation and will rate/classify motility studies according to the latest classification systems.

For optimal interactions and informal exchanges between participants and faculty, we have limited the number of available slots for the hands-on session. Please note that the Hands-on Course is available only to registered participants and is now sold out.

Welcome! All participants of NeuroGastro 2025 are cordially invited to attend the Get-Together event, which will be held on Friday, September 5, from 18:30 to 23:00 at  →Lincoln's Inn Fields. To get access Delegates need to be registered and  present the coupon that you received upon registration at the organizational secretariat desk.
 
If you are already registered for the meeting but have not yet purchased the ticket to access the Get-together Party, please click this button and enter your registration code to proceed with the purchase

Delegates who did not register in the Get-Together party before the event, will be asked to buy their ticket on site with the same above-mentioned procedure. Once purchased the ticket you can pick up the entrance coupon at the Organizing Secretariat desk by September 4, 2025, from 14:00 to 18.00h.

How to get there

Please note that the venue for the Get Together Party must be reached independently. No bus transport will be provided.

To get from Queen Mary University (QMUL) in Mile End to Lincoln's Inn in central London, with public transport:

From Queen Mary University (Mile End):

  • Start at Mile End Underground Station (near QMUL).
  • Take the Central Line (the red line) westbound towards Ealing Broadway.

Change at Holborn Station:

  • Travel for about 5 stops, get off at Holborn Station.
  • At Holborn, exit the station and follow signs for Lincoln's Inn Fields.

Distance from Holborn to Lincoln’s Inn Fields: It’s about a 5-minute walk (roughly 400 meters) to Lincoln’s Inn from the station.

Alternative Route (Bus): If you prefer taking the bus, you can take the D3 bus from Mile End Station to Clerkenwell Green (about 10-15 minutes). From there, it's a short walk to Lincoln's Inn.
The journey by Tube should take about 20-30 minutes in total, depending on waiting times.
